Quite nice picture, Ellie! But I imagine it could be better (cathicing and even impressive) in a panoramic cut. I think the disproportion between space and a child is relevant for the form and for the subject here. That's why I would opt for a different perspective. I think a kind of play between the size of empty landscape and the figure-shadow of the child would become more readable and logic.
